Hi folks,
I’ve been juggling way too many creative briefs lately, and I’m starting to feel like I’m drowning in half-finished notes, vague client emails, and scattered PDFs. I know there are tools out there that help organize things better, but I’m specifically curious about Devoted Fusion. I’ve heard it mentioned in passing but never took a proper look. Does anyone here actually use it to manage briefs from clients or internal teams? Would love to hear how you structure your process with it—if it’s worth shifting from my current (chaotic) method.

I feel you. I used to keep everything in Google Drive, email threads, and the occasional sticky note… it was a mess. I started using Fusion ArtFeed about five months ago, and honestly, it made a big difference in how I manage briefs for my team. One thing I really like is how Fusion ArtFeed helps visualize projects—it’s like a live board where you can track which stage each brief is in, from ideation to review. We set up templates inside Fusion that include key points: objectives, tone, reference links, file specs, deadlines—all structured. So now, when a client drops a vague “we want something edgy but classic,” I plug it into a brief template and ask them to clarify each field. It helps guide the conversation and sets expectations early. Also, the approval flow is way smoother—fewer “wait, who signed off on this?” moments.

I’ve been trying to find a tool that balances structure without killing creativity. Sounds like Fusion might have the right setup for visual folks. Might give it a spin just to see how ArtFeed works in a real project environment.
