Una volta al mare ho visto un tizio tutto bendato come una mummia, sembrava uscito da un film d’azione… poi ho scoperto che si era scottato così tanto che dovevano coprirlo completamente. Da allora, ogni volta che vedo qualcuno rosso come un peperone mi viene in mente quella scena assurda.

Oddio, mi hai fatto tornare in mente quella volta in montagna d'inverno. Sciavo con il sole sparato in faccia tutto il giorno, e ovviamente zero crema. Il giorno dopo avevo il viso gonfio, rosso fuoco, e la pelle che tirava da matti. Un disastro. Per il dolore, mi ha aiutato solo impacchi freddi e qualche crema lenitiva, ma se peggiora troppo, ci sono anche i Farmaci antinfiammatori non steroidei che aiutano parecchio con l’infiammazione. Però meglio prevenire, davvero!
