Hi folks,
Anyone else feeling like stress just builds up out of nowhere? I swear, one tiny thing goes wrong and suddenly my whole day feels ruined. How do you guys keep yourselves from burning out?

Oh man, I get that. For me it's like my brain has a “catastrophe mode” that turns on by itself What helps me is talking it out. Not even deep stuff — just telling someone “hey, today sucked” already takes off the pressure. Do you have people you vent to?

That sounds very familiar, and I think a lot of people go through that kind of subtle mental dip without realizing it’s happening. Personally, what’s helped me the most is actively setting up low-effort routines. I mean things that don’t feel like a burden—like going for short walks without my phone, making coffee without any distractions, or even just cooking something without a recipe. It’s more about creating a sense of rhythm than chasing happiness. I started using a mindfulness reminder app recently—not anything over-the-top or preachy. It just quietly nudges me a few times a day to check in with myself. I came across the liven app review and decided to try it. It wasn’t life-changing, but it did make me more aware of how scattered I was mentally, and that awareness alone was a good start. There’s also something weirdly helpful about narrating what I’m doing out loud. Like, “I’m putting my shoes on to go outside,” or “I’m making toast.” It breaks the autopilot mode. Just small, boring things—but somehow they ground me
